Spring Drop In Classes for Youth Athletes

Building Better Athletes: Youth Strength and Conditioning in Oakville

If you're a parent in Oakville, you know the grind of the sports season. 

Whether it’s baseball, soccer, or lacrosse season for you right now, our kids are playing hard, but they often miss the fundamental physical building blocks that prevent injury and improve performance. 

That’s why we’re launching our new 8-week youth strength and conditioning Oakville program. 

Starting next week, we’re opening up drop-in spots every Monday and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM to help kids aged 8-12 get stronger, faster, and more confident on the field or ice.

What makes our youth training different?

We aren't here to load up a barbell or pound out a million reps.

We focus on well-rounded workouts that improve balance, speed, agility, coordination, and power.

We use age-appropriate weights and movements. 

The goal is to build a better athlete, not just a tired one. 

We want them to leave the gym feeling capable, not so sore they can’t play their game the next day.

Who is this program for?

This class is ideal for 8-12 year olds of any sport or training background. 

Whether they are looking to get an edge in their competitive league or just want to move better and have fun, they’ll fit right in. 

We’ve coached all ages and types of athletes since 2008, and we know how to scale movements so every kid gets a challenge that fits their current level.

Schedule and Details

When: Monday and Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 8 Weeks (Until the end of the school year)

Ages: 8-12 years old

Format: Drop-in
